If you've received a background check invitation, you should email our consumer support team at support@psbi.com. Please include your name and the organization requesting the background check to help us assist you more efficiently.

If you believe there's incorrect information on your background check report, please email support@psbi.com or use our consumer dispute form. Our team will investigate the disputed information and respond to you within the timeframe required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
